Kickoff Application launcher has a problem

as of F15 and earlier, I'd pick an app say Firefox and right click on it and

select then "add to panel"

well that worked a few times (3) and then "add to panel" was no longer there

only "add to favorites"

With all the windows open, I cannot see the matrix of icons underneath.

Maybe the panel is being faded out

On my trunk system, "Add to Panel" is most definitely still present for applications in the Kickoff launcher. Can you screenshot it not being present so I can attempt to reproduce?
