How to disable prompt when dragging files?
By editing configuration files? Or by changing a certain check-box of preference dialog?

My desirable behavior:


When dragging a file within the home folder, do moving command.
Otherwise, do copying command.

How to implement it?

As far as I am aware, KDE does not allow this functionality in particular to be altered - because otherwise the behaviour of the desktop is not always known - especially if it changes depending on the location(s) being copied from and to.

You would need to customise and self-compile the code to get the behaviour you desire i'm afraid.
