networkmanager-vpnc with tcp 1000 and tcp tunnel version 0.9

I am trying to use networkmanager-vpnc to convert my pcf file to vpnc config but it pops up an error saying tcp tunneling is not supported is there a way to make it work?
here are the relevant lines in my pcf file

According to the author of vpnc import code, vpnc does not support tunneling and the message is just a warning. The connection is still imported but may not work as expected.

Right, is there a feature request or bug report which I can watch so that I know when it is implemented?
