Youtube to mp3 on kde

hi everyone
Is there any software that can download from YouTube to mp3 or/and other format  I know about some sites but i'm intrested for a open source software that can do that... Of-course in hq if possible. |

I am often fighting with this problem too. Thanks to the search suggestion I found this possible solution: http://userscripts.org/scripts/review/98782. What would I now have to do?
Downloading is clear, but saving under what name? In which folder? I am using Firefox
