Hi all,

I use Quassel as IRC client (v0.8.0 on KDE 4.9.00 in Kubuntu 12.04). Quassel show me notification when i receive a private message (peer to peer chat) but i want Quassel show room message notification so that when i enter into a room and then minimize Quassel in system tray, after someone send a message to room then Quassel notify me.
Does Quassel have this capability ?
Do you know any software that has this capability?

Configure Quassel -> F7. Interface -> Messages, Tick 'Show messages in indicator'. Not sure if I am missing something.

I know this thread is quite old but I'm looking for the same functionallity. It seems like the setting described by dusanic no longer exists in Quassel 0.10 and I couldn't find any other option to achieve it. Was this functionallity completely removed or is there still a way to enable room notifications?
