I did install this time only KDE 4.9.0-2 and KDE applications. nothing else excepted jdk 6u26-1 and flashplayer.

With this equipment I can't enter into divers forums or active web pages with login like

http://bikeroutetoaster.com/Course.aspx.

It is possible that my distribution installs for Firefox per default, and, as I have no other browser, that links are missing for the one or the other job.

What are the official Konqueror instructions the setting up of plugins and java if Konqueror is alone and the only used browser?

What is to check, where?

Konqueror should find plugins automatically. However, sometimes it does need to be reminded some times.
Open Konqueror > Settings > Configure Konqueror > Web Browsing > Plugins > Plugins. Click "Scan for plugins".
