GIT GUI?

Fri Sep 14, 2012 11:16 pm
I searched the forums and found some older topics, most project mentioned are not maintained anymore. Of course I am hopping for something Qt based so it integrates well with KDE. I am using SVN atm but may switch to GIT. So for svn I am using kdesvn and I am trying the Dolping Add Ons but the Dolphin integration is slow and buggy in my experience. I now there was a git project for Dolphin in the works. Is it any good?

Re: GIT GUI?

Hi,

KDevelop has a git plugin for commiting, viewing changes and history, diffs and stuff. Then there's gitg and gitk, which are standalone UIs. I also think the dolphin plugin works ok, just try it out.

Greetings,
Sven

I'm working on the KDevelop IDE.
