VNC using krfb Screen Angled/RDP Produces Blue Screen

I have a remote server running Ubuntu Server with Kubuntu Desktop. I am trying to get krfb(host) and krdc(client) working. I can establish a connection over vnc no problem. However, the screen is displayed at a slant. http://i.imgur.com/QFKeh.jpg When I try to use rdp, it only shows a blue screen. How can I get rdp working? How can I resolve the slant issue?

From what I am aware, krfb only provides a VNC server - and does not have support for being a RDP server.
In terms of the slant, does disabling compositing have any impact here?
