Hmm, your Bluetooth device is showing up fine.

If "btusb" is loaded, no errors are showing in "dmesg" and the device is still not showing in "hcitool dev" then I'm not sure what further can be done. I would suspect it is a kernel issue at that point, so you would need to ask the relevant maintainers.

update: After kubuntu from ppa updates everything works fine. I have never succeded in activating and deactivating bluetooth real time from kde and now I can. I don't know why :)
