I know this sound silly but where can you download the software from kde.org website?

repo = repository (location of software packaged for the version of Linux you are using)
distro = distribution (Kubuntu, openSUSE, Fedora, Arch, etc....) using your distribution's package manager you should be able to just search for kanagram and have the package manager install it for you it helps is you identify what distribution and version of KDE you are running |

do get it as a "whole package" ready for installing and not having to compile it you need to get it from your distribution, how do you currently install software?
