I like Konqueror (and WebKit) EXCEPT, the ability to "empty closed items history" should be included in Sweeper AND Sweeper, or a link to it, should be included in Konqueror.

I would suggest just that, i.e., a "clear all" button on the Konqueror toolbar. Also I would like to see "zoom in" and "zoom out" buttons for the toolbar.

Oh, and it, Konqueror, has trouble with Flash and video web sites. It might run for a while, but will eventually freeze. If it wasn't for that I would use it most of the time, but as it is I have to switich to another browser for multimedia.

With regards to the Toolbar - try right clicking on it > Configure Toolbars. If you scroll through the various available toolbars on the right side of the window, you will probably find Zoom In / Zoom Out actions available.

Already tried that, long ago. Neither are available for the Konqueror toolbar.

zoom in/out are available in the HTML <webkit> toolbar (not sure if KHTML has that option, but you said your using webkit)
you must enable that toolbar to be shown in settings -> toolbars shown

Ah, so. Thank you.
Not too sure I want another toolbar, especially a bookmark toolbar, cluttering the screen, but thanks for point that out. I do like the "look and feel" of Konqueror, but between KDE, Konqueror and sweeper one is using almost 1 gig of memory just to run a browser....
I get the impression KDE has drifted far, far away from the original principle of Unix, i.e., "keep it simple."
