It should be changed from //WSERVER/БОС to //127.0.0.1/БОС if the server IP address was 127.0.0.1 (which it won't be).
You could try using the "nmblookup" tool to perform lookups - and perform tests using "smbclient" as well.

Not a problem. If the issue is now resolved, could you please mark the topic as solved? I am not sure why the CIFS file system fails to perform the name resolution process correctly with the other share though - it is quite possibly a bug in that component, but that is outside the control of KDE / Smb4k.
