I am running Kubuntu Saucy with all updates and fresh KDE 4.12/4.11. I recently purchased an account for http://vpn.sh/ Unfortunately I can not get it to run and I do not know how to debug the problem. Actually it should be pretty easy. VPN.sh provides openvpn-files to download. I have downloaded them and imported them in networkmanager. File->import I have then added the username to the Networkmanager-entry. On attempting to connect, I am asked for the password which I provide (and of which I am sure is correct, because I copy&paste it). After that Networkmanager tells me that connection failed, nothing more. Since using the same configuration file works on Android, I assume there is a problem with Networkmanager/KDE. The configuration of the imported config file is:
Anybody an idea how to solve oder debug this?

Meanwhile, I have solved the problem myself. The problem was that Networkmanager when importing the openvpn settings only imports the settings, but not the certificate itself. It just imports a link to the file. After importing I had moved the original files which caused the problem.
