Kwallet: Wildcards in URL allowed?

Tue Mar 25, 2014 10:53 pm
Hello,
I use rekonq with kwallet and I noticed that kwallet is quite picky about the URL.

For instance, for BKO I have already two maps (login+pwd) for
https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi#login and
https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi
and on some pages from BKO it still doesnt fill in my creds ...

With other domains it is the same issue, so I wondering if it is possible to use wildcards in the URL, ie.
https://bugs.kde.org/*

or how is this supposed to work?

In this case the best thing to do would be to simply try it - you could also try using a bare URL such as https://bugs.kde.org/.

It would appear then that KWallet uses direct matching only i'm afraid - with no support for partial matches or wildcards i'm afraid.
