Hi,

Has anybody else noticed how just about all JavaScript functionality on github.com has stopped working with Konqueror a few days ago?

Luckily, major parts of the site work even without JS, but there is still a loss of functionality. The project graphs, for example, don't even work with workarounds now.

Are you using the KHTML or Webkit view backend?

Webkit.

I'm using Konqueror 4.11.5, kwebkitpart is at 1.3.3 and qtwebkit is 4.8.5. I'm assuming that's what Konqueror is using when it's set to "Webkit".

This effect is visible both on my work and my home machine. I don't know if caused by some software update on my machine or by some recent changes in github's javascript code.

Given that it has affected two machines simultaneously it is probably an issue within Github's Javascript code. As you're using the Webkit backend, this issue would need to be fixed within Qt itself i'm afraid, which is quite unlikely at this stage for the 4.x series, as feature development has both moved on to the 5.x series of Qt, and work is underway to move to Blink instead as well.
