The page loads well for me on KDE 4.13.3 on one box and KDE 4.14.2 on another with both KHTML and QtWebKit 2.3. You should tell what version of KDE you are using and if you're using WebKit, what version of QtWebKIt4. I have KDE 4.8.4 on Debian stable on another partition with locally built QtWebKit 2.3.4 that I will test this site on.

On the Debian wheezy partition, the page loads fine on the custom built QtWebKit 2.3.4 that I have. Only the very top of the page loads in the KDE 4.8.4 version of KHTML. But there is no pop-up to ask for displaying a CSS page.
