I know that Kget used to do download scheduling, and my package manager says that it still does, but I can't find any way to do that now and there doesn't seem to be any mention of it in the Kget Handbook. Is that still a feature which Kget supports?

I'm guessing it was dropped in the move from the KDE3 to KDE4 version and your package manager wasn't updated, if you Google you'll find non-KDE alternatives
