Hi, since today i am using Konqueror to see how different it is from Dolphin. I only want to use it as file-manager, not as web-browser.
I have setup the screen like I want it to look, including the left side bar. I have unchecked the "Show all entries" item so I only have those items in my Places list that I want to have.
I saved these settings in every profile I could find just to make sure the next time I start it up it will look like this but no way: the left bar is gone. I can get it by pressing F9, but it has to be there by default. Also, after pressing F9 I see that the "Show all entries" item is checked again so I see all my partitions and the Trash can, somethings I don't need to see.

What do I need to do to make Konqueror remember my settings and show me the view I want to see?
