I have Kget configured as the Konqueror download manager. So why do I get the "choose an app" dialog every time I click on a download link? Also, how can I configure certain file types to automatically open with certain apps upon download? For instance have torrent files open in ktorrent? I know I've had it set up that way in the past but can't remember how I did it.
