Hello community,
With the installation of KDE 15.04 my internet connection at the office (tower PC) does not work. It used to be the case with my laptop at home but it now works (some updates did the trick I guess). So, every morning I run
If I have to do a re-boot the network is still on thereafter (if this is helps). Would someone have an idea to make it work as it should in this days and age, I mean automatically ? |

Although you gave 15.04 similar problem concerning 14.04 we are trying to solve here:
https://www.kubuntuforums.net/showthread.php?68406-network-connection-doesn-t-start Please add your syslog after disconnection occurs. Here related bug report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=335585 |

I wrote you PM. I am not able to help.
Post your log on https://www.kubuntuforums.net/showthrea ... sn-t-start with information that it concerns 15.04 and also report in bug report https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=335585 NM developer said that in 14.04 is old network manager version. Your is newer, so it is important to report it in the right place. |

Since I am a noob, could you tell me the right command, please ?
[edit] isn't there an issue with kdewallet which would need to start before ? At home I just realised that kdewallet needed to get its password before logging on the right wifi network. Just a thought. |
