no idea but:
- did it ever work? if so what changed?
- does it work for a new user
- what distro and version of KDE?
- try changing the default web browser

yes, it worked before.
something I noticed it works from root session but since konqueror load google page goes off immediately.
the other thing I did was downloading rekonq browser from repository as soon as I set google as it starting page the browser did the same thing I mean load the page but goes off right away.

I assume you're running KDED 4

rename ~/.kde[4]/share/config/konquerorrc and ~/.kde[4]/share/apps/konqueror and restart Konqueror

This should open a crash dialog and the "developer information" tab hopefully contain the key information on what or why crashes.
Reg. installation of rekonq I could assume that you installed webkit along it, konqueror switched the render engine (khtml -> webkit) and the latter (or rather gstreamer? flash?) crashes on some webpage.

But as mentioned: the backtrace will tell.

you should rename it and the aforementioned folder, in Dolphin right click -> rename -> then edit the name
