Browser losing internet connection

Hi, I wake up in the morning and my browser will not connect until I disconnect and reconnect using Networks icon in system tray (whatever area its called)

The wierd thing is the connection is still working elsewhere as torrents are still seeding and if I open e-mail I get new mail. I am using Firefox 45.0.1
The same thing happened when using KDE on recent Debian install. It does not hapen when I use other DE's

Any advise greatly received and Thanks in advance. Zeb...

check if your browser is using a proxy server. If you're not sure what that is, you can google it
