KRDC - frozen VNC connection

Mon May 23, 2016 6:08 am
Hi,
While trying to establish a VNC connection to my family's PC (Running same version of openSUSE Leap 42.1 as my laptop does) using KRDC (KDE Remote Desktop Connection) for doing remote setups I encountered a problem.
When KRDC connects to remote PC it just shows the Desktop without windows or other Menus of Plasma's system panel. At the first glance you feel that the connection is frozen but actually remote desktop receives all the mouse commands from my laptop and acts accordingly (i.e. opens file manager or opens Kmenu if i click on them) But on my laptop I cannot see what's happening there making the whole procedure meaningless (unless you are a visual memory champion who can control a desktop without seeing what's happening on it haha).
I have searched the internet for this problem and have seen that this happened back in 2010
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1558958
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...op/+bug/217868

There is no solution that worked for me (even disabling Plasma's Compositor).

Configs: VNC is enabled from Yast->Network and services->Remote administration (VNC)
VNC ports have been opened via Firewall
System(for both systems): openSUSE Leap 42.1 (default repos, with latest updates)
Using Plasma5 desktop

Thanks for your consideration!
