KDE Connect not detecting any devices on any devices

Like I said, I have the KDE Connect App on my Android and my PC and I can't get them to detect each other. Can someone help me? Distro: Arch Linux. Thank you

Which versions of the Android and desktop clients do you have? I think there are some version dependencies.
Are the devices on the same wifi network? Have you tried the 'pair new device' dialogue from the android client?
I'd rather be locked out than locked in
