I want to configure an Owncloud account in System settings->Online accounts, but when I click «+ Create» or the + symbol at the lower left nothing happens. Could it be due to some package missing or should I file a bug?

I'm using openSuSE 42.1, so things might differ somehow in other distributions.

I got the on-line accounts "sort of" working by installing following dependencies separately:
1. To get google account button visible (after selecting "+ Create"):
install: kaccounts-integration kaccounts-providers
2. To get other on-line account buttons (AIM, ICQ,Jabber, KDE Talk, IBM Sometime, Gadu-Gadu, Office365/Lync, Telegram, Yahoo Messenger) visible (after selecting "+ Create"):
a) install pattern: kde_telepathy
or install packages: ktp-approver ktp-contact-list ktp-desktop-applets ktp-text-ui
b) install pattern: telepathy-kde
or install packages: ktp-contact-runner ktp-filetransfer-handler ktp-send-file telepathy-kde

If this is read by KDE maintainers/developers, it would be great to have the dependencies authoritatively clarified.
