Removed/installed Netwok-Manager, no Icon and System Setting

HI,
i purged the Network-Manager
Code: Select all
sudo purge network-manager
and installd
Code: Select all
sudo install network-manager

Now i have no Icon in the Taskbar and no optins in the System Settings.
How can i fix this?
I already did
Code: Select all
sudo apt-get update && upgrade
