NetworkManager won't manage anything... sometimes

Since about 3 weeks ago NetworkManager has been failing a lot on me.
It doesn't detect my onboard ethernet connection nor my USB Wi-Fi adapter and the only way to fix it is by restarting until it does.
I've tried manually adding the interface but it fails to do so.
And I know it's not really something easy because:
1. Another computer with a different DE works fine with NetworkManager;
2. Before I login, i go into TTY and network works fine. I update the system and everything like that.

Is there something I can do to "reset" my network stuff?
(like a clean install but without it)
Or is there some known issue I didn't read about?

Thanks and sorry if my problem makes no sense but it's really annoying!
