Hello. I am having problems with my wired connection.

1- Since I start using wired connection, each startup of my computer takes around 3 minutes when wired connection is not present (is like it tries to find wired connection each time, instead to switch to wireless)
2- When I enter to Network manager, with wired connected, it does not appears there, so I could not configure it. The icon is present in task manager, and internet works with wire.

Any clues? Any solution for this problems?

I am using KDE Plasma 5.13.5, KDE version: 5.50.0 in Ubuntu 18.10
