Hi guys,
I am having a problem with KDE Neon on my ASUS F541N laptop. I installed some update and now every few minutes my wifi loses connectivity. The wifi is still connected but it doesn't have a connection. I have to switch it off and back on then for a few minutes again lose connectivity. I am new on KDE Neon and I do not know which update affected this. I am using my university's wifi by the way. When I use my hotspot from my phone, the connection is okay. Please help. Thank you in advance. |

Same problem here on a Lenovo Yoga 510. My WiFi card is a Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter (rev 30) running the latest driver available from Lenovo.
This started a few weeks ago, so I can't pinpoint an update. Some ideas how to debug this would be useful. WiFi works fine on all other devices (phone, tablet, sound system) in the same location. Distro see signature.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
