I've been trying to switch to Konqueror for my main browser, but for some reason it won't let me login to Reddit, claiming I'm using the wrong password. I know it's not the wrong password, because I've A) copy/pasted from my Firefox stored passwords which I use daily, and B) changed it from within Konqueror and still been told that the updated one is wrong.

I deny location when asked, if that makes any difference..

Any ideas?

Please include details about what versions of Konqueror and Qt you are using. (and double-check that the View -> View Mode is set to WebEngine. You are welcome to try KHTML, but expect even less luck)

Konqueror is a pretty old browser, so reddit could be using things from newer JS standards that the Qt's WebEngine hasn't implemented yet.

You might try Falkon, which is a newer browser, recently added to the KDE family of applications (previously called Qupzilla); though it also uses Qt's WebEngine so might not have much better luck than Konqueror.

Konqueror is quite old in comparison to the range of browsers we have today. Your case seems like reddit could be using new JS standards elements that is not implemented yet on WebEngine.
