(Debian stretch): I have tried in several ways to set up multiple IP addresses on my network card, using the network manager that is accessible via the icon in the lower tight corner on my screen. It appears to support this; I can enter several IP addresses, however, they never show up in ifconfig. Is this simply not possible?
