Looking for some information about this screen: Settings>Control Panel>Internet and Network Icon>Local Network Browsing Icon>Windows Shares Screen where credentials are entered. Konqueror R14.0.6 with Trinity R14.0.6. I'm using q4OS 32 bit. Where are the Local Network Browsing credentials saved? These credentials persist from subsequent boots, so they must be saved somewhere. It works fine, but my concern is security. Are they saved in a hidden file? Encrypted? It works fine, as I said, I'm just concerned about security. Link to screen below. Thanks.

If you use Samba for accessing Windows Shares, then the password is encrypted.
