One of the reason I like KDE Connect is that I can see my phone's notification without picking up the phone so that I don't have to touch the phone when I am already sitting in front of my PC. I am using KDE Connect on Windows 10 and I found that I cannot dismiss the notification on the phone from the PC, unless the notification itself has something like a "Mark as read" action. This forces me to pick up my phone to dismiss the notification in order to stop the blinking notification LED, which kind of oppose to the original purpose.
