I have the latest version of KDE Connect on my Android phone and Linux PC running Ubuntu 20.04. There is an option to use the mouse as a remote input in the phone's plugin settings, however, I am not able to figure out how exactly to do that. I have enabled the setting on my phone, but there are no available options to configure the same on the PC?

Did you gt it to work yet?
