I downloaded the kde-connect executable (kdeconnect-kde-21.04.3-657-windows-msvc2019_64-cl.exe) for windows from here: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/kdec ... ase_win64/, and it installed fine. However, when I run it and then try to pair with my Android, it throws up an error: "snoretoast.exe - System Error: The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-winrt-error-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem".
I am installing on Windows 7 64-bit.
