KDE Connect Android does not see WiFi

Mon Oct 11, 2021 10:15 pm
Hi.

I have been using KDE Connect (v1.17 the latest) on Lineage (v17 the latest ...=Android 10) for years and despite the usual hiccups in finding other devices, eventually I've always ultimately managed to get it working.

A couple of months ago, however, I moved house and ended up changing Internet provider and router (now using a TP Link on a 4G connection). From that point, the KDE Connect app on my phone won't even see the WiFi and in spite of having a fully working connection, which other apps use with no issues, on the KDE C. app I get:

"You are not connected to a WiFi network.....click here to enable WiFi"

and when I do click it re-direct me to the Android settings where the WiFi is clearly already enabled and working.

Any suggestion?
