Hello!

Seeking some help please

I'm trying to transfer files from my phone to pc. I downloaded kde connect and got it linked with my phone but it would only let me transfer single files and not folders (I want a full backup).

I was then advised to download dolphin on windows, which has worked. However I can't find my phone in the devices, even when I'm connected at the same time to kde connect.

Please can someone help me get it all linked up?

I forgot to mention that I can't connect via USB as the port is damaged
