No "Edit Bookmarks" submenu

According to the konversation document there should be a "Edit Bookmarks" submenu under "Bookmarks" menu, but there isn't one in my client, is there anything wrong?

I'm not seeing "Edit Bookmarks" either, on 1.9.22083. Have you considered creating a bug report on https://bugs.kde.org/?
