Hi there,

Essentially I have a wireguard connection which I've made. When I add the ~/connection.conf file into /etc/wireguard/ and run
Code: Select all
sudo wg-quick up connection
I connect to my VPN server and everything works, I have internet access.

When I open the GUI network manager and import ~/connection.conf from said GUI I see everything with correct values, can connect to the server but after that I don't have internet access nor can I ping any devices which are also connected on the VPN.

I'm running fedora kinoite 37 and I'm sorry if I'm posting this on the wrong forums.

Okay so the default import of wireguard just doesn't work properly, the IP addresses and preshared keys are messed up.

After using nmcli to import the wireguard profiles everything worked perfectly:

Code: Select all
nmcli connection import type wireguard file shield.conf

I didn't run this as sudo so that it's save in the user space.
