How do I setup wifi in KDE Plasma?

I can see the wifi card in 'PCI - Info Center': Devices/PCI/Intel Corporation Centrino Advanced-N 6230 [Rainbow Peak] but it doesn't appear in in 'Network Interfaces - Info Centre' (just the ethernet shows) not sure what to do as when I try to create wifi connection i don't have SSID(?) for the new connections setup dialogue box.
