Konqueror crashes while chosing Tools-DM

System: openSUSE 11.1RC1
KDE4 4.1.81

I've noticed new behavior of my browser. Whenever I try to run KGet to grab links from page by choosing Tools - Download Manager, Konqueror crashes immediately after cursor touch the Download Manager field.

Anyone got that?
I tried to remove all Konquerors sets and configurations but it doesn't help.
