I have rather large monitor and want to use larger fonts. Usually, I enlarghe it by 1-2 size points.
The only setting for font size I have found is Appearance tab with its minimal and average font sizes. But it affects only RSS bodies, not titles or rss folders.

You have to do that globally (akregator does not provide an option for it)

Goto KMenu -> System Settings -> Appearance -> Fonts and change the font size for "General".
