Hi
I am trying to use kbluetooth4 4.0.3 with KDE4.2 on Archlinux. Somehow paring works when I initiate it from the phone but discovering the phone is impossible (it is a SE K800i, which was working before) Starting kbluetooth4 in the konsole I get the following and error 127 displayed in a window:
Especially the line "The library "/usr/lib/kde4/solid_bluez.so" does not offer a qt_plugin_instance function." is a bit strange. Do you have any idea why this happens? Is it not yet fully implemented? Thanks,David

I have seen that issue before, however I do not think it is related, other wise BluezBluetoothManager would not print debug messages because it wouldn't be loaded.
Try running this command and see if it finds your Bluetooth device:
If it does -> not fully implemented yet If it doesn't -> check the bluetooth devices configuration.

Yes it finds the phone.
Is there any site where I can see the status of the implementation? I am curious cause some people reported success.

The only way I would know is to track the status through Websvn. It is located here http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdebase ... lid/bluez/
