Hi,

when konqueror crashes, it restores the open tabs on next startup. is it possible to get this behavior on normal closing, too, without manually saving the session?

At this time it is currently not possible. Please file a feature request if one has not already at bugs.kde.org. When you do so, please post a link back here so future searchers can track the issue.
