netmeeting equivalent for KDE?

Tue Feb 24, 2009 5:00 am
Hello, my friend got some problems in her Windows computer and she want me to give some remote assistance with MS Netmeeting, is there any KDE software which can connect to a remote netmeeting application and do remote control while she can simultaneously look at what I'm doing?

Thanks.

You should be able to use a standard VNC server on their machine and KRDC on yours.
I believe there are a number of free Windows VNC server solutions available, which can have password protection inbuilt.
