[SOLVED] Without beagle I can`t use internet is there work around?

First time I install Suse11.1 64-bit today without beagle and I try to log into the Internet nothing happen and I try Yahoo nothing.
So I reinstalled with beagle and after it is installed I can go to the Internet.
My question is with out beagle how can I connect to the Internet:-S.

Please could you help me out to solve the problem.

This sounds like one of the following:

A) Your computer failed to get an address from your ISP / Router upon first startup of the non Beagle install
B) Somehow a package is missed if beagle is not installed -> Highly unlikely

What is the output of this command as root under the non Beagle install:

ifconfig -a

I fund out I just delete beagle and I can go to the internet no problem,but I appreciate bcooksley for helping me.
