Why konquerer can not remember COOKIE & can not load google reader?

You need to give more information. In Settings> Configure Konqueror>Cookies>Management I have a complete list of the cookies Konqueror has remembered.

I don't know what information you need.
In Settings> Configure Konqueror>Cookies>Management I have a empty list every time I run konq. |

Is the "Enable Cookies" checkbox enabled in Settings > Configure Konqueror > Cookies > Policy? Also is "Default Policy" set to "Ask For Confirmation"?

I have the same problem and I test all check combinations and even erase all my konqueror settings and begin again.
Now I'm using Arora and I'm very happy with the change because, don't crash, flash works well, no cookie problems and is fast. As I can see, Konqueror is treating all cookies as session cookies regarless the state of the check. Are you using openSUSE like me?

I do know that Konqueror ( last time I used it ) treated cookies as they should be, and did not have problems accessing GMail for instance ( at least with HTML view ).
This is likely an issue with Javascript / incompatibility with some method Google use to set the cookies / Konqueror's security about cookies being pedantic. Please file a bug at bugs.kde.org if one does not exist

Reading some linked reports, it's a regression with Qt 4.5, AFAICS.

I upgrade today to qt 4.5.1 and bug seem to be fixed so seems to be a Qt related problem (probably the same that Arora developers patched). This was the most anoing bug I remember in KDE and forced me to use Dolphin an Arora but now I'm happy with change.
I've been trying Konqueror for a while and it continue crashing easily so I think that, while the bug is fixed, I will continue with Arora, more powerless but more secure.
