I am using Konqueror 4.1.1 on KDE 4.1.1 on windows. I can browse the net if I enter the proxy ip and port number using Setting->Configure Konqueror->Web Browing->Proxy using the manual configuration option. However the automatic configuration doesnt work. This is an issue because only sites outside the corporate intranet work. Conversely if I choose direct only intranet works.

FYI the /cgi-bin/autoconfig.cgi works with Firefox and IE.

This could possibly be a bug in either KDE, or the KDE Windows port. Please report it as a bug report at bugs.kde.org, with mention that you are using Windows.
