I've been accessing the desktop on a Kubuntu server via Krfb from my laptop. All this happens behind a firewall at home.
When establishing the remote desktop connection I have to accept on the server side. Is there someway of setting it up such that when I want to access from my laptop I don't have to physically go to the server and accept the connection? Since all this is behind my firewall, I am not too concerned about security. Thanks, Dave |

Please ensure this checkbox is unticked:
Krfb > Configure > Security > Ask before accepting an uninvited connection
KDE Sysadmin

Thanks. I may have a different version, as mine looks like:
Krfb > Configure > Access > Confirm uninvited connections before accepting. Once unchecked the issue was solved. |
