I have just migrated from KDE 3.5 to 4.2.2, and I would like to retrieve my bookmarks in Konqueror.
I did export my bookmarks from Konqueror 3.5: I have a file bookmarks.html
Now, I launch Konqueror 4.2.2, go to Bookmarks/Edit bookmarks, in the bookmark editor, I go to File/Import/Import KDE 3 bookmarks... A dialog opens, I select my bookmarks.html file, validate, and... nothing!
Not a single bookmark is imported: what am I doing wrong ?

The actual data file is usually .kde/share/apps/konqueror/bookmarks.xml

You could copy the one from the old machine to the new one.
